We use the following statistics [tf-idf](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tf%E2%80%93idf) to conduct the analysis.

The corpus refers to all speeches while the document refers to all speeches at this particular session.
# Izpis 10 besed in besednih zvez, ki so bile na seji uporabljene pogosteje kot na vseh drugih sejah.

Analizo izvajamo po statistiki [tf-idf](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tf-idf). Iz analize umikamo t. i. "stopwords". To so tiste besede, ki se pojavljajo zelo pogosto in zato izgubijo svojo reprezentativnost (recimo povedati, napisati, bistvo ..., v primeru sej pa tudi občina, predlog, javen, sklep, svet, mio, točka, odbor, MOL), ali pa same zase ne nosijo nobenega pomena (vezniki, mašila ...). Seznam teh besed je dostopen [tukaj](https://github.com/danesjenovdan/parladata/commit/3f6ee924ddd33ce71f392fefa4dde9c4fe64f82a).

Korpus predstavljajo vsi govori vseh sej, dokument pa vsi govori na izbrani seji.
